  7. I got the idea for writing this program when I encountered an ARexx
  8. script which did something similar.
  9. I then wrote it in C, added some more features, a full intuition
  10. user interface and help documentation.

  12. The purpose of this program is very simple; create a AmigaGuide file
  13. from a list of ascii text files. This is especially useful if you have
  14. a large number of small text files you wish to combine into one easy
  15. to access AmigaGuide file.
  16.      
  17. If binary symbols are encountered during scanning of the files the
  18. program will inform you gracefully with an appropriate errormessage.

  20. This program and it's source code is freeware.
